During the initial phase, we engage in a comprehensive discussion with the client to grasp their style, preferences, budget, project scope, and square footage needs. We then provide a flexible ballpark quote, allowing for adjustments based on final material and finish selections. This stage also involves detailing our design fee, which requires client sign-off and payment.

We begin with two site visits. one for measurements and floorplan creation, and the second for space assessment, floorplan refinement, and onsite photos. We then conduct a debrief to establish the design plan, covering floorplans, style, colors, finishes, and more. Our goal is to align this plan with the client's budget to ensure the initial selections are both feasible and budget-friendly. Our team then generates the first set of drawings (2D), renderings (3D), and a lookbook, all in preparation for the upcoming client meeting/presentation.

A series of three additional design meetings follow, during which we make any necessary revisions and compile precise quotes. This process culminates in the signing of a final contract, which includes provisions for liability, change fees, and payment.

Upon receiving payment from the client, our team initiates the procurement process. We begin placing orders for materials and furnishings based on the approved selections from the lookbook.

Our design team closely coordinates with the General Contractor as they begin work on the project. Materials are delivered to the job site in sync with the contractor's readiness to integrate them into the ongoing project.

Our design team leads the way in furnishing and styling the space, ensuring every detail mirrors the design plan. This phase breathes life into the vision through the careful selection of decor elements and furnishings.

The project comes to a close with a grand reveal, marking a moment of celebration for both our team and the client as the transformed space is unveiled and commemorated.
